Blick is an event agency based in Stockholm, Sweden. We started in 1990 focusing solely on mediating and booking meeting rooms, but today our core business consists of three areas: booking, participant administration and project management. We can help you with the full event process from the initial idea and concept to execution and conclusion, or simply relieve you in selected areas of the event planning. Our aim is to be a complement in areas where your company might lack resources internally.

Our free booking service sources and books the right meeting room for your purposes. With participant administration, we free administrative time for you so you can focus on the content of your meeting. Our experienced project and production managers know how to make the most of your meeting or event. Mutual for all our business areas is that we strive to organize events that are sustainable both economically, socially and ecologically.

Booking service for meeting and event venues

Our extensive experience has made us specialists in Sweden’s various meeting venues, ranging from unexpected event locations in the city center to countryside mansions and beautifully located palaces.

With our extensive network we can also source meeting and event venues abroad. We know what is required of premises, technology, surroundings and food for a great event and we have years of experience in catering to different occasions and groups. Management teams, trainings, workshops, conferences, anniversaries – all have different requirements, needs and budgets.

Participant administration for your conference

Our web-based system for managing event registrations and attendee lists makes it easier to gain full control of your meeting – big or small. We free up time for you by handling mailings, registration forms, attendee lists and questions from your participants. You get your own login to our system so while  getting rid of time-consuming admin, you still have full overview of the signups to your event, from start to finish.

Thanks to our expertise and efficient systems, our clients don’t have to spend hours on making manual changes in Excel documents to keep track of their event attendees. Our service controls everything from registration, distribution of invitations and information, attendee lists to hotels, seating arrangements, invoicing of event participants and more. The registration page and related information is always tailored to your specific event and your brand.
